TUNNEL DECORATIVE PANELS

Tunnel decorative panels, including calcium-steel, calcium-aluminum, and enameled steel, are materials specifically designed for tunnel fire protection and decoration. These panels are available in steel-cement fiberboard and aluminum-cement fiberboard configurations. They utilize asbestos-free fiber-reinforced calcium silicate board or fiber cement board as a base material.

They are roller-coated with highly weather-resistant fluorocarbon paint or inorganic enamel, and then cured under high temperature, pressurization, and static pressure. They are certified as a national A1 fireproof base material. They utilize a keel system to form a fireproof decorative structure and are primarily used in applications such as urban rail transit platforms, tunnel sidewalls, and airports.

This material offers excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, salt spray, and moisture, with a service life of over 20 years.

The combination of a rigid base material and a flexible finish enhances impact resistance. The fluorocarbon coating on the surface effectively reduces light pollution, provides anti-static protection, and repels dust while maintaining light transmission.

Standard product specifications are 2440 x 1220 mm, with a thickness of 6-12 mm. During installation, the ambient temperature must be maintained at 5°C-40°C. Storage must be dry and flat, and the stacking height must not exceed 2500 mm. Installation options include exposed frame and beading, exposed frame and concealed frame systems, and concealed frame close-fitting technology. The protective film must be removed within 30 days after installation.
