Steel wall panels are composed of hot-dip galvanized steel plates and backing boards (gypsum board, calcium silicate board, corrugated board, honeycomb board) in various forms. They are easy to install, maintain, clean, and have high hardness. They are widely used in the walls of public buildings such as hospitals, schools, business halls, and service centers.

Composition of Steel Wall Panels

1. Grassroots: Typically, hot-melt galvanized steel plates with a thickness of 0.6-0.8mm are used, which are treated with rust prevention, corrosion prevention, and hot-melt galvanizing processes.

2. Surface layer: The surface of the steel wall panel is sprayed with electrostatic powder, or pre roll coating process can be selected. For surface requirements such as wood grain, stone grain, leather grain, etc., heat transfer printing technology or film coating process can be used.

3. Core material: Use gypsum board, calcium silicate board, corrugated board, and honeycomb board of corresponding specifications according to design requirements.

Installation process of steel wall panels

Steel wall panels are divided into four categories of structures:

1. Buckle insertion structure, using steel three-dimensional groove dedicated wall panel keel, with 5mm black decorative seam reserved between panels;

2. Flat angle code dense splicing structure, using welded steel frame for leveling, and reinforced structure with drilled tail screws;

3. Special keels and hooks are used to install the hanging structure panels, which can leave gaps and be tightly assembled;

4. Special clamps are used to fix the surface materials of the pressure strip structure, in conjunction with 12mm U-shaped pressure strip decorative lines.
